One pro of course is you get paid daily with this company and you have an ability to earn residual income off of reps who are really active and producing well. You become part of an exploding company pretty new to the industry so the earlier you get in, possibly the better chance you'll have at recruiting new people who may not have been introduced to this opportunity. One last pro, is there is a low start up cost to join this program so if your strapped for cash you can join this company and as long as you product, get active, and make moves you can make your money back quickly as well as provide a decent weekly, monthly, or daily income for yourself and family.

Some "Cons" with this company is there is competition in the market for both energy as well as travel. In the energy sector you'll have to compete with 5linx, Epiq, ACN, Ignite, and Independence just to name a few. For travel you'll have competition with Wake Up Now Travel Program, Paycation, WorldVentures, YTB, etc...There are also ALOT of low cost MLM programs out there for people to join with MCA being a big one with the same start up cost but paying bigger commissions on sign up at $80 per referral.
